     失業給付最長發給6個月。領滿6個月失業給付者,本保險年資應重行起算

一.                                                                 
                              
   給付標準:                                                         
                             
 
失業給付每月按申請人離職辦理本保險退保之當月起前6個月平均月投保薪資百分之60發給,自申請人向公立就
   業服務機構辦理求職登記之第15日起算。                               
                             
二.                                                                 
                              
   給付期限:                                                         
                             
                                                                     
                              
      1.
失業給付最長發給6個月。領滿6個月失業給付者,本保險年資應重行起算。                         
      2.
受領失業給付未滿6個月再參加本保險後非自願離職,得依規定申領失業給付。但合併原已領取之失業給
       
付月數及依第18條規定領取之提早就業獎助津貼,以發給6個月為限;合計領滿6個月失業給付者,本保 
         險年資應重行起算。                                           
                             
      3.
依前項規定領滿6個月失業給付者,自領滿之日起2年內再次請領失業給付,其失業給付以發給3個月為  
         限,領滿3個月失業給付者,本保險年資應重行起算。             
                              
       
(就業保險法規定,領滿失業給付者,本保險(就業保險)年資重行起算,係指被保險人參加就業保險 
       
期間,均依法繳納就業保險保險費之保險年資而言,與勞工保險之保險年資無關。)                 
三.                                                                 
                              
   給付金額之扣除:                                                   
                             
 
申請人於受領失業給付期間另有工作者,其每月工作收入未超過基本工資者,其該月工作收入加上失業給付之 
 
總額,超過其平均月投保薪資百分之80部分,應自失業給付中扣除。但總額低於基本工資者,不予扣除。
